LEANing for Excellence is a unique, cohort-based professional development program for K-12 district and school leaders brought to you by LEAN Frog in partnership with ESG Learning.

Each cohort includes both in-person and virtual support, tailored to the needs of your district and your leadership team:

One Virtual 1:1 Follow-Up

A 30-minute personalized coaching call to support implementation of each participant's chosen project.
