Are you beginning your career in Lean Six Sigma? Would you like to do something different from traditional work in manufacturing, finance, or healthcare? How does making a difference in the lives of students in public schools across the southeast sound to you?
LEAN Frog is looking to add additional staff to assist in their mission to positively impact students, parents and communities across the southeastern United States through the application of Lean Six Sigma so that our school system clients become the most effective and efficient systems within the nation as marked by:
• Improved student outcomes
• Increased financial sustainability

• Innovative strategies and practices
Currently we are seeking entry to mid-level Lean Six Sigma Practitioners –
Experience:
Prefer some background experience implementing Lean Six Sigma in transactional office environments with some experience leading kaizen events and DMAIC problem solving projects. A certification in Lean Facilitation or as a Green Belt is desired, but is not required.
Skills:
Strong communication skills; Ability to meet deadlines; Ability to quickly comprehend new project requirements; Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment; Ability to work well in team setting as well as independently; Ability to facilitate diverse teams; A desire to learn; Openness to feedback and mentoring; Ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients; Consistently exercise professional etiquette; Must be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; A certain degree of creativity and the ability to travel within the southeastern U.S. is required.
