10 Fingers

You may not hear these phrases every day in your school system’s central office or schools, but if you did and your staff thought like this…. What difference would they be making in the lives of your students, parents and communities?  I am not sure who first authored the below phrases, but these phrases are entrenched in organizations globally that are focused on excellence and making a difference in our world.  May they bring you inspiration, thought and possibly positive results:

2.  First Hearts, then heads, and finally hands.

3.  We see together.  We learn Together.  We do Together.

4.  There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all.

5.  When solving problems, dig at the roots instead of hacking at the leaves.

6.  A bad system will beat a good person every time.
