Upon receipt of request for quote, a LEAN Frog senior consultant will touch base with you to gain a clear understanding of your current “fix it” need, when the project can be scheduled, and determine who will participate on the project. Projects can be conducted virtually or onsite depending if your business is within 60 miles of Huntsville, Alabama.
Within 48 hours of initial phone consultation you will receive a detailed quote outlining the process steps. Note, that process steps will vary based on whether at its core the project is either one for improvement or problem solving.
The project will be worked with you and your team as scheduled over a 3 to 5 day span. These days can be consecutive or separated based on your company needs. At the end of the 3 to 5 days a detailed action plan will be created, outlining the required actions from you and your team to fully implement the “fix.” Most action plans are between 30 and 90 days.
We will follow-up with you and your team in formal pre-scheduled meetings to track progress and ensure that any issues that arise during the implementation of the action plan are resolved quickly. Telephone and email support will be provided until the project has been completed.
