Huntsville, AL –  The team of happy, high-performing employees at LEAN Frog Business Solutions, Inc. was honored with the designation of Best Places to Work on Tuesday, May, 5, 2015, at a celebratory luncheon hosted by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce.  For LEAN Frog, this award capped an amazing two years that has included receiving the U. S. Chamber of Commerce’s 2015 Blue Ribbon Award, the local Chambers of Commerce Small Business of the Year awards (Huntsville/Madison County in 2014; Madison City in 2013) and the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics in 2013.

The Best Places to Work Award is an annual signature event for members of the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County and is presented to the “best of the best” businesses – from the employees’ perspective — in  the Tennessee Valley.  The selection process involves quantitative evaluations from a third party specialist in measuring workplace satisfaction and is based upon each company’s employees rating their company in the areas of team effectiveness, retention probability, job satisfaction, and benefits.

This year more than 200 area businesses were nominated and 59 completed the process to become contenders for the award. Three companies in each category of Micro, Small, Medium and Large, were selected as the Best Places to Work in Huntsville/Madison County.  LEAN Frog was in direct competition for this award with sixteen other Micro Category companies.
