Huntsville, Ala. — LEAN Frog Business Solutions, Inc., is pleased to announce its recent hire of Dr. Brandon T. Payne, who will join the LEAN Frog team as the new director of operations. In this role, Dr. Payne will provide directional and operational oversight of client programs, projects and services at both the LEAN Frog headquarters in Huntsville, Ala., and the regional office in Mobile, Ala.

bpayne.photoWith more than 21 years of experience in K-12 public education, including 13 years as an administrator, Payne is an experienced, collaborative leader. He has facilitated student achievement in the classroom and through the development and implementation of system-wide initiatives and continuous improvement plans. Dr. Payne is a Consortium for School Networking, Certified Educational Technology Leader — the only superintendent or deputy superintendent in the state with this certification — and has his doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Technology from the University of Alabama.

Dr. Payne was previously the assistant superintendent of Cullman County Schools and now serves as the interim superintendent as Cullman County conducts its search for a new superintendent. Dr. Payne will assist in the search for and transition of the new superintendent.
