What is the assessment process like?
When you sign up for the assessment you will be asked to provide three dates and times for your assessment meeting. Within 24 hours of signing up you will receive an email confirming which of the three dates/times that your assessment will be conducted. Whether your assessment is conducted onsite or virtually, the assessment will consist of detailed review of your business processes, workplace organization, and business performance results across the following 6 areas:
- Overall Business Strategy.
- Customer Satisfaction and Market Focus.
- Employee/Self Satisfaction.
- Workplace Organization.
- Work Flow.
- Business Systems.
If you have chosen for your business’s overall financial performance to be reviewed as compared to your peers, your provided financial data will be reviewed along with the above 6 areas and assembled into our standardized assessment report. After which time the assessment results will be emailed to you and we will give you a call to schedule a Results Report Out Meeting.
How do you compare my business’s financial performance to my peers?
Through a partnership with Fintel, LEANFrog has access to the largest and most reliable financial benchmarking database of privately held companies. This database is unique, offering financial insights not found anywhere else. It covers more than 900,000 mostly privately held companies that do not publicly disclose their financial information from over 2,500 different industry groups as classified by either SIC (Standard Industry Classification) or NAICS (North American Industry Classification System). Through comparing your company’s annual Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet against similar companies within the Fintel database, we are able to benchmark the most important Key Performance Indicators that are critical for understanding and evaluating the state of and the prospects for any business based on its financial situation.
How long does an assessment take?
Assessments conducted either on site or virtually take about the same amount of time – somewhere between 1 to 1.5 hours. Results are then compiled over the course of 2 to 3 days. At the completion of the results they will be emailed to you and a ½ hour Results Report Out Meeting will be scheduled with you to walk through the opportunities that you have to improve your business.
