LEAN Frog Awarded Two Phase Contract by Mobile County Public Schools


HUNTSVILLE, ALA. (November 2, 2015) — LEAN Frog has been awarded a two phase contract to support Mobile Public County Schools (MPCSS) in their continuous improvement efforts. The assessment phase of the contract consists of detailed analyses in identified non-instructional areas to review the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes. LEAN Frog’s proprietary Detailed Efficiency Review ™ and Organizational Review ™ will be deployed as part of this Assessment phase. The improvement phase of the contract involves the implementation of the improvements outlined in a Detailed Improvement Roadmap ™ generated from the initial assessment. “As the largest school district in Alabama, and one of the larger districts in the Southeast, Mobile County Public Schools impacts the future of thousands of students,” said Byron Headrick, President and Co-founder of LEAN Frog. “We are proud to partner with the school system to help them save money while increasing the value of services offered to students, parents, staff and the community at-large.”

The MCPSS Board of Education approved Superintendent Martha Peek’s recommendation to hire LEAN Frog for continuous improvement support at the October 28, 2015, board meeting.
